Serve delivery robot
Serve is a self driving pavement robot that carries food orders from a restaurant to customers nearby, and the customer unlocks the cargo bin with their phone. The current third generation robot holds four 16 inch pizzas, has a top speed of 4.9 m/s (11 mph), and uses lidar to avoid obstacles. It fits restaurants and food outlets that offer local takeaway delivery in areas where the service runs.
