Like the comparison sites you already use, hotels and restaurants never pay to use the site. Robot makers and distributors pay when a buyer asks them for a quote, and can join as partners. Payment never changes the facts we show or the order of results.

Quote requests
From USD 100per request
1% of the order's estimated value, at least USD 100 (examples below). Paid from prepaid credit, topped up by card: USD 250, USD 1,000, USD 2,500, USD 5,000.
- Your first request is free and the next two are half price, up to USD 100 off each
- Requests for 21 robots or more are checked by Captivate first. You see a summary and choose whether to accept and pay
- Only requests a buyer chose to send to you, never from another maker or distributor
- The buyer's name, work email, phone if given, company, job title, venue, country, number of venues and robots, timeline and message
- Never charged twice for the same buyer within 30 days: a further request from them reaches you free
- Report a bounced email, a request the buyer did not send or a buyer who is not genuine within 14 days, and we return the amount to your credit. If the buyer wants fewer robots than the request says, we return the difference
- Monthly totals on your seller page of how often buyers saw, opened and compared your robots
- No minimum term and no monthly fee. Listing stays free.
MAKERS AND DISTRIBUTORS
Partner plan
USD 6,000per year for makers
USD 2,500 a year for distributors. Renews each year until you cancel it on your seller page.

- Each robot's monthly figures on your seller page: shown in results, opened, compared and asked about, with a spreadsheet

- Never a better position: payment never changes the order of results

Price of a quote request
Each request costs 1% of the order’s estimated value, never less than USD 100. The estimate is the number of robots the buyer wants times the robot’s recorded purchase price, or the middle price for that type of robot when none is recorded. The examples below use USD 15,000 a robot. Prices exclude VAT. Sellers based in the UAE pay 5% UAE VAT on top; sellers elsewhere pay no UAE VAT.

Prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT. Captivate is registered for VAT in the United Arab Emirates and adds it where the law requires.
